Conductor, a New York-based provider of search engine optimization solutions, has raised $20 million in Series C funding. Investor Growth Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers FirstMark Capital and Matrix Partners. www.conductor.com

Nasuni, a Natick Mass.-based provider of enterprise storage solutions, has raised $20 million in Series C funding. An undisclosed investor led the round, and was joined by return backers Flybridge Capital Partners, North Bridge Venture Partners and Sigma Partners. www.nasuni.com

ItsOn Inc., a Redwood City, Calif.-based provider of direct-to-consumer mobile services, has raised $15.5 million in Series B funding. Andreessen Horowitz led the round, and was joined by SV Angel and an investor group led by Jim Davidson (Silver Lake Partners). iJento, a UK-based provider of digital and multichannel customer intelligence solutions, has raised $8 million in new VC funding. MMC Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Nauta Capital and Oxford Capital Partners. www.ijento.com

SmartAsset, a New York–based provider of financial planning tools for homebuyers, has raised $1.5 million in new VC funding. Javelin Venture Partners and North Bridge Venture Partners co-led the round, and were joined by Y Combinator, Quotidian Ventures and Peterson Ventures.www.smartasset.com

Yotpo, an Israeli developer of a social ecommerce interaction platform for brands, has raised $1.5 million in VC funding co-led by Rhodium and Gandyr Group. www.yotpo.com
