Ecolab Inc. (NYSE: ECL) has agreed to acquire Champion Technologies, a Houston-based provider of energy specialty products and services, for approximately $2.2 billion (75% cash, 25% stock). www.champ-tech.com

ERA Group Inc., a Louisiana-based helicopter transport operator owned by Seacor Holdings, has withdrawn registration for a $150 million IPO. The company had filed in August 2011, with Goldman Sachs serving as lead underwriter.

ExactTarget Inc. (NYSE: ET) has acquired Pardot LLC, an Atlanta–based SaaS marketing automation platform. The deal is valued at $95.5 million, including $85.5 million in cash and $10 million in ExactTarget stock. www.pardot.com

Deloitte Consulting LLP has sold its healthcare revenue cycle outsourcing business to India’s Hinduja Global Solutions for an undisclosed amount. Clearsight Advisors managed the process for Deloitte. www.deloitte.com

Larry Ellison, CEO of Oracle, is considering an offer for Anschutz Entertainment Group, according to Reuters. AEG owner Phil Anschutz reportedly is seeking initial bids of around $10 billion, with Blackstone Advisory Partners managing the process.
