Pearl.com (f.k.a. JustAnswer), a San Francisco-based Q&A site focused on expert answers to user questions, has raised $25.7 million in Series B funding. Return backers Glynn Capital and Charles Schwab (the individual) co-led the round, and were joined by Crosslink Capital. Barracuda Networks In, a Campbell, Calif.-based provider of content security, data protection, and application delivery solutions, has raised $130 million in new funding via a recap from existing shareholders Francisco Partners and Sequoia Capital. In addition, the company declared a $0.96 per share dividend to shareholders.
D-Wave Systems Inc., a Canadian quantum computing startup, has raised $30 million in VC funding from Bezos Expeditions and In-Q-Tel. www.dwavesys.com
