Calpine Corp. (NYSE: CPN) has agreed to acquire an 800-megawatt power plant in Texas from Bosque Power Co. for $432 million plus adjustments. www.calpine.com

Falcon Private Bank, a Swiss wealth management group owned by Aabar Investments (Abu Dhabi), has agreed to acquire London-based Clariden Leu from Credit Suisse for an undisclosed amount.

Oaktree Capital Management has agreed to sell Jackson Square Aviation, a San Francisco-based aircraft leasing company, to a unit of Mitsubishi Corp. for approximately $1.3 billion. Oaktree formed JSA in 2010 with a $500 million equity commitment.
