Bennett Capital Partners has acquired Albert Tire Co., a West Deptford, N.J.-based wholesale distributor of tires in the Mid-Atlantic region. No terms were disclosed, except that TD Bank provided $35 million in credit facilities to support the acquisition. www.alberttire.com

Gávea Investimentos has acquired a 29.8% stake in Brazilian eyewear and accessories retailer Chilli Beans. No pricing terms were disclosed.

The Gores Group has acquired Astadia Inc., an Addison, Texas-based cloud computing consulting and systems integrator. No financial terms were disclosed. Past Astadia investors included Kodiak Venture Partners and North Atlantic Capitalwww.astadia.com

Seaport Capital has invested an undisclosed amount into Net Access Corp., a provider of data center and managed services in the New Jersey and New York City Metro markets. www.nac.net

TPH Partners has invested an undisclosed amount into Big Horn Energy Services, a Midland, Texas-based provider of oilfield water solutions in the Permian Basin. www.tphpartners.com

Trilantic Capital Partners has made the only binding offer to acquire up to 45% of Spanish cable television operator Euskaltel, according to a local press report. Other early suitors had included Apax Partners and The Carlyle Group. No details yet on Trilantic’s bid for the position, which is expected to value Euskaltel at between €600 million and €700 million. www.trilanticpartners.com
