Tenable Network Security Inc., a Columbia, Md.-based provider of network security software, has raised $50 million in first-round funding from Accel Partnerswww.tenable.com

Nebula, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based cloud systems company for the enterprise, has raised more than $25 million in Series B funding. Comcast Ventures led the round, and was joined by Highland Capital Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Innovations Endeavors and individual angels like Andy Bechtolsheim and Scott McNealy. Nebula also secured new debt and credit facilities from Silicon Valley Bank. www.nebula.com

Intact Vascular Inc., a Wayne, Penn.–based maker of an endovascular stapling device, has raised $15.5 million in Series A funding co-led by Quaker Partners and H.I.G. BioVentures.www.intactvascular.com

Bedrocket Media Ventures, a cloud-based provider of entertainment content, has raised $15 million in VC funding from New Enterprise Associateswww.bedrocket.com

NeuWave Medical, a Madison, Wis.-based developer of energy-based medical devices, has raised $14 million in Series B funding. H.I.G. BioVentures led the round, and was joined by return backers Venture Investors, WARF and the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. www.neuwavemedical.com

Laurantis Pharma, a Finland-based drugmaker focused on cancer and inflammation, has raised €5.64 million in new VC funding. Broadview Ventures led the round, and was joined by Inveni Capital, Aloitusrahasto Vera, Helsinki University Funds and Veritas. www.laurantis.com

eSpark, a Chicago-based provider of iPad-enabled individualized student learning plans, has raised $5.7 million in new VC funding. Backers include MK Capital, New World Ventures, NewSchools Venture Fund, Learn Capital Partners and 500 Startups. www.esparklearning.com

Korrio, a cloud-based service for organizing and sharing youth sports, has raised $4.6 million in new VC funding from return backers like Ignition Partners. The company is based in Seattle. www.korrio.com

PlaySpace, a Spain-based social game publisher for Spanish and Portuguese speakers, has raised $1.9 million in VC funding. PeopleFund led the round, and was joined by Faraday Ventures.www.playspace.com

Snappli, a mobile data compression startup with offices in San Francisco and London, has raised an undisclosed amount of first-round funding from Greylock Partners, Index Ventures and individual angels.www.snappli.com
