General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) has acquired the defense operations of Gayston Corp., a Springboro, Ohio–based maker of precision metal components used in several munitions programs. No pricing terms of the all-cash deal were disclosed. www.gayston.com

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. has agreed to sell Unisteel Technology International Ltd., a Singapore-based maker of precision components and assemblies, to Switzerland’s SFS Group. No financial terms were disclosed. www.kkr.com

Wittlebee, a Los Angeles–based subscription service for children’s clothing, has acquired Chicago-based brand Cottonseed Clothing Inc. No financial terms were disclosed.
