CVC Capital Partners is running into problems with its planned sale of Luxembourg-based printer ink-maker Flint Group, according to Bloomberg. Apollo Global Management, Bain Capital Partners and The Carlyle Group all reportedly pulled out of the auction’s second round, and the continued interest of an undisclosed Asian strategic suitor is unclear. Greenhill & Co. and Deutsche Bank are managing the process.
