DHX Media Ltd. (TSX: DHX) has agreed to acquire Cookie Jar Entertainment, a Toronto-based producer of children’s animated television programs, from shareholders like Birch Hill Equity Partners, Chapman Capital, Heartland Advisors and OMERS Private Equity. The deal is valued at C$111 million, including 36 million DHX shares, C$5 million in cash and the assumption of C$66 million in debt.www.dhxmedia.com

Church & Dwight Co. (NYSE: CHD) has agreed to acquire Avid Health Inc., a Vancouver, Wash.-based maker of gummy form vitamins for adults and children, from shareholders like Irving Place Capital for approximately $650 million in cash. www.churchdwight.com

Flexpoint Ford has agreed to sell IntegraCare Holdings Inc., a provider of home health, hospice and community services in Texas, to Kindred Healthcare Inc. (NYSE: KND). The deal is valued at upwards of $75 million in cash, including a $71 million up-front payment. www.kindredhealthcare.com

A Schulman Inc. (Nasdaq: SHLM) has agreed to acquire ECM Plastics Inc., a Worcester, Mass.-based plastics compounder, for $36.5 million. www.aschulman.com

FMC Technologies Inc. (NYSE: FTI) has agreed to acquire Pure Energy Services Ltd. (TSX: PSV), a Calgary-based provider of frac flowback services and wireline services. The deal is valued at approximately C$282 million in cash, or C$11 per share. www.fmctechnologies.com

Kony Solutions Inc., an Orlando-based mobile application development platform, has acquired Sky Technologies, an Australian SAP-certified mobility solutions provider. No financial terms were disclosed. Kony has raised over $34 million in VC funding from firms like Insight Venture Partners. www.kony.com

McCormick & Co.
 (NYSE: MKC) has agreed to acquire of Wuhan Asia-Pacific Condiments, a Chinese maker of bouillon products, for approximately $141 million. www.mccormickcorporation.com
