Care.com, a Waltham, Mass.-based online care marketplace, has raised $50 million in Series E funding. Institutional Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Matrix Partners, New Enterprise Associates and Trinity Ventures.The company previously raised $61 million.

DocuSign, a Seattle-based electronic signature company, has raised $8 million in additional Series D funding from Google Ventures. This brings the round total to $55.7 million, including a previously-announced first close from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (lead), Accel Partners, Comcast Ventures, SAP Ventures, Salesforce.com and the National Association of Realtors. www.docusign.com

Nexage
, a Boston-based mobile advertising exchange, has raised $5 million in new Series B funding from Hearst Interactive Media. The round total is now $15 million, including an earlier close from SingTel Innov8, GrandBanks Capital and Relay Ventures. www.nexage.com

, a Provo, Utah-based developer of virtual worlds based on family ancestry, has raised $1.8 million in new seed funding led by Family Odyssey. The company previously raised $1.2 million. www.funium.com

Infratel, a Seattle-based provider of cloud telephony services for small businesses, has raised $3 million in Series A funding from Prostor Capital and Runa Capital. www.infratel.com
