Bain Capital is in talks to acquire a 40% stake in IT outsourcing services company Genpact Ltd. for $1.6 billion from General Atlantic and Oak Hill Capital Partners, according to Bloomberg.

Permira has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Intelligrated, a Mason, Ohio–based provider of automated material handling solutions, services and products. The deal was valued “in excess of $500 million.” Sellers include Gryphon Investors and Tudor Growth Equity.

Unite Private Networks, a portfolio company of Ridgemont Equity Partners, has agreed to acquire a 838 mile fiber-optic network covering southeast Nebraska and the transfer of certain customer contracts from privately-held Zito Media. No financial terms were disclosed.

Warburg Pincus has invested $55 million for an undisclosed stake in Kidswant, a Nanjing, China-based specialty retailer for infants and children.
