Bitly, a New York-based URKL shortening service, has raised $15 million in new VC funding. Khosla Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers RRE ventures and O’Reilly AlphaTech Ventures. The company previously raised around $13 million. www.bit.ly

Racemi, an Atlanta-based provider of software that automates migration of existing workloads to major cloud platforms, has raised $7 million in Series B funding co-led by Paladin Capital Group and Harbert Venture Partners. www.racemi.com

Fab, a New York-based flash sales site, has raised $105 million in Series C funding. Atomico led the round, and was joined by Pinnacle Ventures, ru-Net Technology Partners, Mayfield Fund, DoCoMo Capital and return backers Andreessen Horowitz, Menlo Ventures, Baroda Ventures and First Round Capital. SAY Media, a San Francisco-based digital publishing company, has raised $27 million in new VC funding from New Enterprise Associates, Shea Ventures and Correlation Ventures. www.saymedia.com

Edmodo, a San Mateo, Calif.-based K-12 social learning network, has raised $25 million in Series C funding. New Enterprise Associates led the round, and was joined by return backers Greylock Partners, Benchmark Capital, Union Square Ventures and Learn Capital. 33Across, a New York-based social targeting platform, has raised $13.1 million in new VC funding. Pelion Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Flybridge Capital, Greycroft Partners, First Round Capital, iNovia Capital, Panorama Capital, QED Investors, Metamorphic Ventures and Great Oaks Venture Capital. Obalon Therapeutics Inc., a San Diego-based developer of gastric balloon technology for weight loss therapy, has raised $16.5 million in Series C funding. InterWest Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Domain Associates and Okapi Venture Capital. www.obalon.com

Neuros Medical Inc., a Cleveland-based developer of neurostimulation devices, has raised $3.5 million in new VC funding. Boston Scientific and Glengary LLC co-led the round, and were joined by RiverVest Venture Partners, Blue Tree Allied Angels, ModelVest and return backers Case Tech Ventures, JumpStart Ventures, NorthCoast Angel Fund, Ohio Tech Angel Fund, Queen City Angel Fund III, Physician Investment Group. www.neurosmedical.com

Bomoda, an online community focused on curating luxury fashion and lifestyle for Chinese shoppers, has raised $1.4 million in seed funding. iNovia Capital led the round, and was joined by individual investors like Terry Semel and Ed Goodman. www.bomoda.com

DraftKings, a Boston-based online fantasy sports startup, has raised $1.4 million in seed funding. Atlas Venture led the round, and was joined by groups like Boston Seed Capital, Hub Angels, Angel Street Capital. www.draftkings.com

Privcap, a digital media company focused on the private capital markets, has raised an undisclosed amount of seed funding from investors like Noson Lawen Partners. www.privcap.com

IntelliBatt, a San Francisco-based provider of UPS and battery monitoring systems and services, has raised $22 million in new equity funding. Columbia Capital led the round, and was joined by CBC-Capital, angel investors and incoming executives like CEO Tom Barton (ex-CEO of Rackable Systems) and co-CEO and COO Todd Ford (ex-Rackable president). www.intellibatt.com

Boom Financial (f.k.a. M-Via), a mobile banking, payments and money transfer service for the U.S. immigrant population, has raised $17 million in new VC funding. Digicel Group led the round, and was joined by existing backers RRE Ventures and MATT.org. Stoke Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif.-based provider of mobile broadband gateways, has raised $5 million in strategic funding from Samsung Venture Investment Corp.
