Aryaka, a Milpitas, Calif.-based provider of a WAN optimization and application acceleration solution, has raised $25 million in Series C funding, according to VentureWire. InterWest Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Nexus Venture Partners, Trinity Ventures and Mohr Davidow Ventures. www.aryaka.com

Tealium, a San Diego-based provider of tag management solutions, has raised $10.5 million in Series B funding from Battery Ventures. www.tealium.com

LockPath, an Overland Park, Kansas-based provider of governance, risk and compliance applications, has raised $6 million in Series B funding. El Dorado Ventures led the round, and was joined by Vesbridge Partners and the Webb Investment Network. www.lockpath.com

aPriori, a Concord, Mass.-based provider of product cost management software solutions, has raised $5 million in new VC funding from existing backer Sigma Partners. www.apriori.com

Shareaholic, a Cambridge, Mass.-based provider of content sharing tools, has raised $3 million in Series A funding. Kepha Partners led the round, and was joined by seed backers like General Catalyst Partners, NextView Ventures and 500Startups. www.shareaholic.com
