Zebit, a San Diego-based big data platform for financial transactions, has raised $25 million in Series D funding. Mohr Davidow Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Crosslink Capital, Leapfrog Ventures and QED Investors. www.zebit.com

Kony Solutions Inc., an Orlando-based mobile application development platform, has raised $15 million in Series C funding led by existing shareholder Insight Venture Partnerswww.kony.com

VIPStore Co., a Chinese ecommerce company that operates both Omei.com and Jiapin.com, has raised $15 million in new equity funding from Macy’s Inc. Other company backers include Intel Capital and Green Pine Capital. www.vipstore.com

Micreos, a Dutch developer of antibacterial phage technology, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Altria Ventures, in exchange for a 5% ownership position. www.micreos.com

Tape.tv, a Berlin-based company that lets users watch personalized music television on-demand, has raised €5 million in Series B funding. Backers include Atlantic Capital Partners, alongside Investitionsbank Berlin and VC Kreativwirtschaft Berlin. www.tape.tv

Kiyatec Inc., a Greenville, N.C.-based developer of perfused 3D cell-based arrays and enabling products, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding. Nexus Medical and Technology Capital led the round, and was joined by Update Carolina Angel Network. www.kiyatec.com
