Capital Payments LLC, an Atlanta-based provider of payment solution to independent software vendors, has raised an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from Camden Partners.

Confie Seguros, a New York-based provider of auto insurance with an emphasis on serving Hispanic consumers, has acquired six insurance agencies: Survival Insurance (Burbank, CA); Speedlane Insurance (Upland, CA); The Chapman Agency (Elizabeth, NJ); Coppola Insurance (West Seneca, NY); Palmetto Insurance, (Miami, FL); and Daley Insurance (Margate, FL). No financial terms were disclosed. Confie Seguros is a portfolio company of Genstar Capital.

Prospect Partners has sponsored a recapitalization of Landmark Irrigation Inc., a Madera, Calif.-based provider of custom agricultural irrigation systems. No financial terms were disclosed.

Triton Pacific Capital Partners has acquired the assets of a Portland, Ore.-based institutional pharmacy serving clients in assisted living facilities, group homes and adult foster care facilities. It will be used as the basis of a new platform called PharmaSync LLC.

Unison Capital has agreed to acquire Showa Yakuhin Kako, a Japanese drugmaker Showa Yakuhin Kako from Tokio Marine Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. Unison will merge Showa Yakuhin with existing portfolio company GC Corp., an reportedly beat out bidders that included TPG Capital, KKR and Mylan Inc.
