Dahlman Rose & Co. LLC, a New York-based investment bank focused on global supply chain industries, has raised $10 million in new equity funding from existing shareholder Lovell Minnick Partners. www.drco.com

Madison Dearborn Capital Partners has acquired Schrader International, a manufacturer of tire pressure monitoring systems and fluid control components, from Tomkins Ltd. www.schraderinternational.com

Pacific Equity Partners has agreed to buy listed Australian cleaning and catering company Spotless Group Ltd. for A$720 million. www.pep.com.au

Permira is in talks to buy luxury mobile phone brand Vertu from Nokia for around €200 million, according to the FT. www.permira.com

Proserv, an energy production technology services company owned by Intervale Capital, has agreed to acquire Weatherford International‘s subsea controls business. No pricing terms of the all-stock deal were disclosed. www.proserv.com

Terra Firma Capital Partners has agreed to acquire British nursing home operator Four Seasons Health Care. The deal includes an £815 million up-front payment, plus up to £10 million in milestone-based earnouts. www.terrafirma.com
