ParAccel Inc., a Cuptertino, Calif.-based enterprise analytic platform provider, has raised $20 million in new VC funding from existing investors. The company previously raised $73 million from, Menlo Ventures, Mohr Davidow Ventures, Bay Partners, Walden International, Tao Venture Capital Partners and Silicon Valley Bank.

Metamarkets, a supply-side price discovery and predictive analytics platform for media industry, has raised $15 million in new VC funding led by Khosla Ventures. The company previously raised $8 million from firms like IA Ventures, Village Ventures, AOL Ventures and True Ventures.

TutorGroup, an online language institute specializing in English training in Asia and Mandarin Chinese training for global business professionals, has raised $15 million in growth funding from Qiming Venture

MarkaVIP, a private sales site focused on the Middle Eastern market, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Prime Ventures led the round, and was joined by Invus Financial Advisors, Hummingbird Ventures and Lumia Capital.

Shape Security, a Mountain View, Calif.-based developer of “military-grade” network security solutions, has raised $6 million in Series A funding. Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Tomorrow Venturesco-led the round, which also includes participation from Baseline Ventures, Guarav Garg (Sequoia Capital) and Peter Wagner (Accel Partners).
