Superior Capital Partners has acquired KDM, a Singapore and China-based provider of user-interface components and modules, from CoActive Technologies, a portfolio company of CITIC Capital Partners,Intermediate Capital Group and Littlejohn & Co. No financial terms were disclosed. KDM will be merged with existing Superior portfolio company Nelson-Miller, a Los Angeles-based maker of user-interface and product identification products. www.nelson-miller.com

BC Technical Inc., a Salt Lake City-based portfolio company of MSouth Equity Partners, has acquired RA Services Inc., a Detroit-based company that services molecular imaging equipment. No financial terms were disclosed. www.bctechnical.com

Dexia SA has put its $1 billion asset management group on the block, with Reuters reporting that suitors include Macquarie, Advent International, Bain Capital, CVC Capital Partners, Permira and Warburg Pincus.www.dexia.com
