Apollo Global Management has agreed to buy indoor water park operator Great Wolf Resort (Nasdaq: WOLF) for $703 million (including assumed debt). The $5 per share deal represents a 19% premium to yesterday’s closing price.
ACON Investments has led an acquisition of a control stake in Hidrotenencias SA, owner of three run-of-the-river hydroelectric projects located in Panama’s Chiriqui province. No financial terms were disclosed.
