Apollo Global Management has agreed to buy indoor water park operator Great Wolf Resort (Nasdaq: WOLF) for $703 million (including assumed debt). The $5 per share deal represents a 19% premium to yesterday’s closing price.

ACON Investments has led an acquisition of a control stake in Hidrotenencias SA, owner of three run-of-the-river hydroelectric projects located in Panama’s Chiriqui province. No financial terms were disclosed. Other deal participants include the Netherlands Development Finance Co. and France’s Societe de Promotion et de Participation pour la Cooperation Economique. www.aconinvestments.com

Au Financiers (India) Pvt Ld., an asset finance company focused on individuals and entrepreneurs in remote and rural locations of India, has raised $50 million in private equity funding. Warburg Pincus led the round, and was joined by return backer International Finance Corp. www.warburgpincus.com

GTCR has committed up to $150 million in equity capital to Telecom Lease Advisors, a Los Angeles-based land lease organization. www.tladv.com

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners has acquired Tronair Holdings Inc., a Holland, Ohio–based maker of aircraftground support equipment, from KRG Capital Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. www.tronair.com
