Bicon Pharmaceuticals Holdings Co. of China has raised $250 million in private equity funding from PAG Asia Capital. Bicon previously raised funding from China Everbright Holdings and Sequoia Capital.

General Atantic has agreed to acquire a minority ownership stake in FNZ Holdings Ltd., a European provider of SaaS solutions to the financial services sector. www.generalatlantic.com

RLJ Equity Partners has acquired LAI International, a a Scottsdale, Ariz.–based provider of finished parts, components and subassemblies for aerospace, power generation, defense, medical and electronics. No financial terms were disclosed, except that Monroe Capital provided a $37.1 million initranche facility. RLJ and Spell Capital Partners had acquired an undisclosed ownership interest in LAI back in late 2009. www.laico.com

The Blackstone Group has agreed to invest $2 billion into Cheniere Energy Partners LP (NYSE: CQP), a Houston-based liquefied natural gas company that plans to use the proceeds to build its first exporting facility in Louisiana. The deal was done via an issuance of special units. www.blackstone.com

Terrace Energy has raised an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from Cotton Creek Capital Management and Yorktown Partners. Terrace was formed in October 2010 to acquire oil and gas assets in North America, with an early focus on the East Texas basin. www.cottoncreekcapital.com
