Dropbox, a cloud file-sharing company, has acquired Cove, a stealthy cloud collaboration startup. No financial terms were disclosed. Dropbox has raised over $257 million in VC funding from Index Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, investors Benchmark Capital, Goldman Sachs, Greylock Partners, Institutional Venture Partners, RIT Capital Partners, and Valiant Capital Partners. Richardson Capital is looking to sell Ocean Nutrition Canada, a maker of health food ingredients, according to Bloomberg. Deutsche Bank is managing the process, which reportedly could generate around $240 million.
