Opera Software has acquired New York-based Mobile Theory Inc. for up to $50 million and London-based 4th Screen Advertising Ltd. for up to $14.5 million.

Saputo had raised around $20 million from Fast Lane Ventures, eVenture Capital Partners, Intel Capital and Kinnevik.
