Yawadwipa Companies may make a $750 million takeover offer for Indonesian state-owned bank PT Bank Mutiara Tbk, according to Reuters. Yawadwipa is a private equity firm formed last year by Chad Holm, formerly an M&A banker of BoA. The firm reportedly is raising $1 billion to invest in Indonesia.
