Nokia has hired Goldman Sachs to manage the sale of Vertu, its Finland-based maker of luxury handsets, according to The Financial Times. www.nokia.com

Oak Hill Capital Partners has completed its previously-announced sale of 2 million shares of stock in Indian outsourcing firm ExlService Holdings Inc. (NYSE: EXLS), via a public offering. Citigroup served as underwriter for the deal, which was transacted at $26.60 per share.

Sinclair IS Pharma (LSE: SPH) has agreed to acquire Advanced Bio-Technologies Inc., a Suwanee, Ga.-based scar treatment company. The deal is valued at around £20 million in cash and stock. Sellers include HealthEdge Investment Partners. www.advancedbiotech.com

Encana Corp. (NYSE: ECA) has agreed to sell its midstream gas gathering and processing facilities in Alberta and British Columbia to Canada’s Veresen Inc. for C$920 million. www.encana.com
