Oak Hill Capital Partners has completed its previously-announced sale of 2 million shares of stock in Indian outsourcing firm ExlService Holdings Inc. (NYSE: EXLS), via a public offering. Citigroup served as underwriter for the deal, which was transacted at $26.60 per share.
