MobileIron, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of enterprise management and security for mobile devices and apps, has raised $20 million in Series D funding. Return backers include Foundation Capital, Norwest Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital and Storm Ventures. www.mobileiron.com

Aqua, a Mexican provider of purified water directly to low-income clients via the company’s own water grid, has raised $2.4 million from IGNIA Fund. www.ignia.com/mx


THURSDAY, MAY 27

Kabam, a Redwood City, Calif.-based publisher of massively multiplayer social games, has raised $85 million in Series D funding. Google Ventures and Pinnacle Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by Performance Equity, SK Telecom Ventures and return backers Canaan Partners, Redpoint Ventures and Intel Capital. Zozi, a San Francisco-based provider of discovery and booking services for unusual local activities and travel experiences, has raised $7 million in Series B funding. Backers include LaunchCapital, the Pritzker/Vlock Family Office, 500Startups, ZIG Capital, Thomas Lehrman, Peter Lehrman and David Tisch. www.zozi.com

Gexin Interactive Network Technology Co., a Chinese mobile messaging company, has raised an undisclosed amount of VC funding from WI Harper Group. www.igexin.com

WEDNESDAY, MAY 25 

Resilient Network Systems, a San Francisco-based network security startup, has raised over $5 million in VC funding led by Alsop Louie Partners. www.resilient-networks.com

Supercell, a Finnish developer of online browser-based games, has raised $12 million in VC funding. Accel Partners led the round, and was joined by return backer London Venture Partners. Other existing shareholders include Initial Capital, Cerval Investments and Lifeline Ventures.

Peak Games, a German developer of social games aimed at emerging markets like Turkey and the MENA region, has raised $5 million in Series A funding led by Earlybird Venture Capital. www.peakgames.net

Radius Health Inc., a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of drug therapies for osteoporosis and women’s health, has raised $66 million in Series C funding. BB Biotech AG, Brookside Capital, Saints Capital, Nordic Bioscience and Ipsen Pharma were joined by return backers MPM Capital, BB Biotech Ventures, MPM Capital, The Wellcome Trust, HealthCare Ventures and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Radius Health also secured a $25 million multi-draw term loan facility.www.radiuspharm.com

QD Vision, a Watertown, Mass.-based developer of nanotech-based products for display and solid state lighting applications, has raised $22 million in new VC funding. Passport Capital, Novus Energy Partners and Capricorn Investment Group were joined by return backers North Bridge Venture Partners, Highland Capital Partners, In-Q-Tel and DTE Energy Ventures. www.qdvision.com

ViajaNet, a Brazil-based online travel agency, has raised $19 million in new VC funding. Redpoint Ventures led the round, and was joined by General Catalyst Partners. www.viajanet.com.br

Fring, a mobile communications company with offices in London and Israel, has raised $10 million in new VC funding from return backers North Bridge Venture Capital, Pitango Venture Capital and Veritas Venture Partners. www.fring.com

ShopIgniter, a Portland, Ore.-based provider of social media solutions for e-commerce companies, has raised $8 million in new VC funding. Trinity Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backer Madrona Venture Group.  www.shopigniter.com

BuzzLogic, a San Francisco-based provider Internet marketing company focused on blogs, has raised $7.8 million in Series C funding. Bridgescale Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Adams Capital Management and Ackerley Partners. BlueStacks, a Campbell, Calif.-based developer of technology to let users run both Android and Windows applications on their x86-based devices, has raised $7.6 million in Series A funding. Backers include Ignition Ventures, Radar Partners, Helion Ventures, Redpoint Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz. www.bluestacks.com

Pathway Therapeutics Inc., a San Francisco-based developer of therapeutics for patients with advanced solid tumors, has raised $7.5 million in new VC funding from existing backers GBS Ventures and CM Capital Investments.

GigaOm, a San Francisco-based business and technology media company, has raised $6 million in new VC funding. Reed Elsevier Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Alloy Ventures and True Ventures. TechCrunch places the valuation at $40 million. www.gigaom.com

Harvest Power, a Waltham, Mass.-based provider of renewable energy and fertilizer products from organic waste, has raised $6 million in new Series B funding from SAM Private Equity. This follows an initial $51.7 million first close on the round, from Generation Investment Management, GAG Ventures, Keating Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Waste Management (NYSE: WM), Munich Venture Partners and TriplePoint Capital.

Milyoni, a Pleasanton, Calif.-based provider of Facebook commerce solutions for companies, has raised $3 million in Series A funding from seed backers ATA Ventures and Thomvest Ventures.www.milyoni.com

TUESDAY, MAY 24

Lifebond, an Israel-based developer of surgical sealants, has raised $20 million in new VC funding. Giza Venture Capital and aurum Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by return backers Glenrock Israel, Pitango Venture Capital and Zitelman Group. www.life-bond.com

Siano Mobile Silicon, an Israel-based maker of mobile digital TV receiver chips, has raised $20 million in fifth-round funding led by return backer Jerusalem Venture Partners. The company previously raised over $75 million since 2004, from firms like JVP, DFJ-Tamir-Fishman, Star Ventures, Walden Israel and Bessemer Venture Partners. www.siano-ms.com

Rent the Runway, a New York-based website for dress, accessory and bridesmaid dress rentals, has raised $15 million in new VC funding from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. It previously raised more than $16 million from Bain Capital Ventures and Highland Capital Partners. www.renttherunway.com

Skycross Inc., a Viera, Fla.-based developer of wireless antenna solutions, has secured $11 million of a Series E round that the company expects to raise $15 million. Docomo Capital was joined by return backers TL Ventures, Investor Growth Capital, Gabriel Venture Partners and Intel Capital. The company previously raised around $60 million. www.skycross.com

Open Road Integrated Media, an e-book startup founded by ex-HarperCollins CEO Jane Friedman, has raised $8 million in Series B funding. Azure Capital led the round, and was joined by Golden Seeds and return backer Kohlberg Ventures. www.openroadmedia.com

Do@, an Israeli developer of a mobile search app for the iPhone, has raised $7 million in Series A funding, according to All Things D. Draper Fisher Jurvetson led the round, and was joined by DFJ Tamir Fishman and BRM Capital. www.doat.com

TetraLogic Pharmaceuticals, a Malvern, Penn.-based developer of small-molecule cancer drugs, has raised $6 million in Series C-1 funding from Nextech Invest, a Swiss VC fund focused on oncologgy. The company previously raised $37 million from Clarus Ventures, Hatteras Venture Partners, Amgen Ventures, HealthCare Ventures, Latterell Venture Partners, Novitas Capital, Quaker BioVentures and the Vertical Group. www.tetralogicpharma.com

Revel Systems, a San Francisco-based provider of iPad point-of-sale systems for the restaurant and retail industries, has raised $3.7 million in VC funding led by DCM. www.revelsystems.com

Eightfold Logic, a San Francisco-based developer of a cloud-based social writing application, has raised $2 million in Series C funding. Return backers include Rho Canada Ventures, Castile Ventures, Formative Ventures, and The Entrepreneurs’ Fund. www.inboundwriter.com

Conversocial, a London-based maker of social media management software, has raised £1.5 million in Series A funding from DFJ Esprit. www.conversocial.com

Care Capital and NovaQuest Capital have partnered with Eli Lilly & Co., to form a new company called BioCritica Inc. The privately-held Indiana company will focus on U.S. development and commercialization of Xigris, a Lilly medicine for severe sepsis. No financial terms were disclosed. www.biocritica.com

MONDAY, MAY 23

VuClip, a Milpitas, Calif.-based mobile video viewing and sharing solution, has raised $8 million in Series C funding co-led by New Enterprise Associates and Jafco Ventures. www.vuclip.com

Q Chip, a Wales-based developer of sustained-release drug formulations for cancer and other diseases, has raised $6 million in Series C funding. Backers include Limburg Ventures, Nedermaas Hightech Ventures, Disruptive Capital Finance, Finance Wales and individual angels.

Session M, a Boston-based provider of solutions to mobile app developers, has raised $6.5 million in Series A funding from Highland Capital Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Session M is co-founded by Lars Albright, co-founder of Quattro Wireless.

Adapx, a Seattle-based developer of software for digital pens, has raised $5 million in new VC funding. Return backers include OVP Venture Partners, Paladin Capital Group and Pelion Venture Partners.www.adapx.com

Brighter.com, a Santa Monica, Calif.-based website for finding and comparing dentists, has raised $5 million in Series A funding led by Mayfield Fund. www.brighter.com

VYou, a New York-based video Q&A site, has raised $3 million in Series A funding. RRE Ventures andHighland Capital Partners co-led the round, and was joined by return backers like High Peaks Ventures.www.vyou.com

FSAStore.com, a New York-based online ecommerce site for flexible spending account-eligible products and services, has raised $800,000 in Series A funding. Point Judith Capital led the round, and was joined by Columbia Business School Lang Fund, Opal Moon LLC and individual angels.www.fsastore.com
