Compass Diversified Holdings (CODI) last month said that it had acquired ErgoBaby, maker of those baby-carrying “frontpacks.”

Colin blogged about the deal, suggesting that there is a “bull market in babywearing.”

The only financial term disclosed was that the total enterprise value was $91 million. Now, a new SEC filing indicates that the equity tranche came in at $46 million. That would give Compass a (very) slight majority stake of 50.5%, or higher if leverage was used…

it bought ErgoBaby, a Hawaii-based maker of frontpacks that parents use to carry babies and toddlers.
