Ever wonder what it’s like working for Warren Buffett? The billionaire CEO of Berkshire Hathaway presides over a giant conglomerate of more than 80 companies, including Fruit of the Loom, Dairy Queen, Geico, and NetJets. Berkshire Hathaway is ranked number four on the Fortune 500 with revenues of more than $200 billion.

Despite Berkshire’s massive size, most of the company’s CEOs report directly to Buffett. And, they say Buffett’s leadership style is different than you might expect. Fortune’s Susie Gharib talked to some of those CEO about what it’s like to have Buffett as their boss.
