Get ready for lower airfares. Southwest Airlines CEO Gary Kelly tells Fortune’s Susie Gharib that airlines are “competing hard” to win customers, and in 2016, “you’re going to have a lot of great deals out there.”

Airline bookings at Southwest are coming in strong for December and January, but Kelly predicts the U.S. economy will grow modestly in the new year. His outlook is cautious for business travel, the lucrative segment for airlines. As a result, he expects that airlines, including Southwest, will be cutting ticket prices.
