Campbell Soup is going healthy. CEO Denise Morrison tells Fortune’s Susie Gharib about the company’s new push into fresh, healthy food to satisfy the changing eating habits of American consumers. The 150-year-old company has started to offer organic varieties of its iconic soups and is cutting out artificial ingredients, all to convince choosy shoppers to fill their grocery carts with Campbell products.

Under Morrison’s tenure as CEO, the company has been on an acquisition kick, buying up Bolthouse Farms juices, Plum Organics baby food, and Garden Fresh Gourmet, the salsa and hummus dip maker. Morrison acknowledges consumers’ mistrust of Big Food and she describes that she and her company are taking to win back customer allegiance.
