Engelbert, a 30-year Deloitte veteran, made history in March when she became the first woman to be named CEO of a Big Four firm in the U.S. Deloitte is the largest professional services firm in the nation, with $14.9 billion in revenue and 70,000 employees; Engelbert plans to hire 25,000 more in 2016. Before getting the CEO nod, the former college basketball star served as head of Deloitte LLP’s audit subsidiary.
