Proximus attracted new customers to its TV subscription and fixed internet services, which grew by 10.5% and 6.6% respectively, but its voice customer base declined by 1.8%. It also expects new EU rules that reduce roaming charges in the single market to deal a $31 million hit to revenue this year.
