The 50 Best Workplaces for Recent College Graduates

See our methodology and credits

Companies on the 50 Best Workplaces for Recent College Graduates list are experiencing job growth and these new jobs are being filled with a high percentage of recent graduates. These workplaces also excel in providing great employee experiences in areas important to recent graduates.

Fortune asked Great Place to Work to determine the winners by taking into account the rate at which companies are adding new jobs year-over-year, how many of their newest employees were recent college graduates, and the results on a series of questions from the Trust Index related to workplace traits important to recent graduates. Great Place to Work surveyed more than 337,000 randomly-selected employees and collected program information from approximately 600 organizations. Employees rated their organization on things including development opportunities, purpose and meaning behind their work, whether promotions are fair, and more. Two-thirds of each company's score is based on this employee feedback. The remaining one-third of each company's score is based on the rate of new job growth, and the extent to which organizations are hiring new college graduates.

Results from the employee survey are highly reliable, having a 95 percent confidence level and a margin of error of 5 percent or less. Companies were selected from a universe of about 600 Great Place to Work-certified organizations. Organizations are certified on the basis of an anonymous 58-statement survey distributed at random to a statistically significant number of current employees.

“I love the transparency and the reliability of assistance when needed. Everyone is an “A Player” focused on delivering their best work, but they are also extremely interested in helping me achieve my goals as I grow and learn.

“AgileThought has a focused but relaxed atmosphere—one that encourages fun, laughter and work life balance. It really is a unique place to work, full of talented individuals who are highly collaborative.”

“AgileThought promotes health and wellbeing by offering access to a gym in our building, as well as having a walking treadmill desk in the office. The view from our Tampa office overlooking the bay is amazing. There’s an array of free snacks and drinks, and often catered lunches are offered to all team members. Our monthly international lunch outings offer me the opportunity to try new ethnic foods in the Tampa Bay area, as well as meet with team members in a social setting. If team members want to become more involved, we have committees, such as @Fun and @Give, that are focused on fun events and charity opportunities, such as Habitat For Humanity. Last month we volunteered a full day’s work to build a home for a family in need. Plus, all team members can take advantage of a flexible schedule and work from home when their schedules permit, but why would I want to be at home?”
