100 Best Workplaces for Women

See our methodology and credits

Published together with our partner Great Place to Work, the 100 Best Workplaces for Women rankings are based entirely upon feedback from more than 137,762 women at Great Place to Work–Certified companies.

Women completed our anonymous Trust Index© survey, answering questions about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace, including, for example, their assessment of how fairly they're treated regardless of gender, the quality and authenticity of communications with managers, and equitable pay and promotion practices.

Results from the survey are highly reliable, having a 95% confidence level and a margin of error of 6% or less. Winning a spot on this list indicates the company has distinguished itself from peers by being a great place to work for women, and has a workplace where women have high representation in the total employee population and in management positions. The 100 companies with the highest employee ratings and female representation were selected for the list.

Employees say:

“Ryan has a collaborative culture. I left a previous job because employees did not work well together. When I joined Ryan, I found what I was looking for. At Ryan, employees and managers are very approachable, helpful, and they treat each other with respect. In addition, Ryan offers many opportunities to help those in need in the community. The approach to work/life success is unique and provides flexibility for the employees.”

“This company is focused on results not hours or minutes worked. So I can have some flexibility with my location and start/end times for work. This is one of the most important things to me when choosing a place to work. I have a strong work ethic and am very self-motivated. The fact that this company trusts me to do the work I need to, and does not count the minutes or hours does a lot to help me stay focused, motivated, and performing well.”
