The firm set up a charitable arm that supports the causes of customers. “Inkers” have formed clubs around interests like hiking, gardening, knitting, painting, and coding, and the company offers no-interest emergency loans as an option during times of financial hardship and emergencies. “There is a real feeling of family and a sense of pride in being an Inker,” one employee told us.
