Watch Donald Trump Threaten to Jail Hillary Clinton if He Wins

Oct 10, 2016

During the presidential debate on Sunday, Donald Trump threatened Hillary Clinton with jail if he wins the election, after saying he would prosecute her for her use of a personal email server.

"If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation because there has never been so many lies, so much deception—there has never been anything like it and we're going to have to get a special prosecutor," Trump said.

Clinton, who responded by asking viewers to fact-check Trump in real time, said, "I expect we'll have millions more fact-checking because, you know, it is, it's just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country."

"Because you would be in jail," Trump said to the Democratic nominee.
