A British Supermarket Is Hiring Someone to Untangle Christmas Lights

British supermarket Tesco is getting into the holiday spirit a little early. The chain is hiring a person who's sole responsibility will be to untangle Christmas lights.

A store in Wrexham, north Wales has put out the job listing, according to The Telegraph, and Grinches need not apply. In fact, the job description requires a person who is "genuinely passionate about Christmas" and who has "excellent people skills."

But there's some serious skill required to take on the job, too. The person must have the "ability to untangle a set of Christmas lights in under three minutes," the description reads.

"To help locals enjoy the festive season and relieve some of the stresses often associated with the Yuletide season, specifically, tangled tree lights," explained a spokesperson to The Mirror, "Tesco has launched a search for someone who can conquer one of the most frustrating jobs of Christmas."

"A typical day could involve untangling up to 60 sets of lights!" the spokesperson added.
