Century Communities Inc., a Greenwood Village, Colo.-based homebuilder and residential community developer, raised $103 million in its IPO. The company priced 4.5 million shares at $23 per share (low end of $23-$26 range). It will trade on the NYSE, while FBR served as lead underwriter. Shareholders include Luxor Capital Group (9.4% pre-IPO stake), BlueMountain Capital Management (8.7%) and Claren Road Asset Management (5.8%). ). Its initial market cap is around $493 million.
Ironshore Inc., a Bermuda-based commercial property and casualty insurer, has filed for a $100 million IPO. It plans to trade on the NYSE under ticker symbol IRSH, with BofA Merrill Lynch and UBS serving as lead underwriters. The company reports $97.5 million of net income on around $1.99 billion in revenue for 2013.
