Evolent Health, an Arlington, Va.-based provider of a population health managed services solution, has raised $100 million in Series B funding. TPG Growth was joined by return backers The Advisory Board Co. and UPMC Health Plan. www.evolenthealth.com

Palantir, a big data company focused on the financial services and government sectors, has raised $197 million in new funding, according to a regulatory filing.

Dataguise, a Fremont, Calif.-based provider of data security intelligence and protection solutions, has raised $13 million in second-round funding. Toba Capital led the round, and was joined by an unidentified “electronic conglomerate.” www.dataguise.com

Cieslok Media (f.k.a. Titan Outdoor Canada Co.), a Canadian outdoor advertising firm, has raised C$15 million from Clairvest Groupwww.clairvest.com 

Varentec, a San Jose, Calif.-based provider of provider of power control solutions for the electric, has raised $8 million in Series B funding from Bill Gates and Khosla Ventures. www.varentec.com

Relayware, a provider of B2B collaboration and multi-channel communication solutions, has raised £3.5 million in new VC funding from Albion Ventures. The company has offices in the UK and Silicon Valley. www.relayware.com

Ministry of Supply, a Boston-based professional menswear brand, has raised $1.1 million in seed funding. VegasTech Fund led the round, and was joined by SK Ventures and individual angels.
