Kaiima Bio-Agritech Ltd., an Israeli agricultural seed and breeding company, has raised more than $65 million in new funding. Horizons Ventures, International Financial Corp. and Infinity Group were joined by return backers Draper fisher Jurvetson, DFJ-Tamir Fishman, Mitsui & Co., Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Oberlee and Musea Ventures. www.kaiima.com

Lithium Technologies, an Emeryville, Calif.-based provider of social customer experience solutions for the enterprise, has raised $50 million in fifth-round funding. The deal was led by an undisclosed “syndicate of global institutional investors,” plus return backer New Enterprise Associates. The company previously raised around $92 million. www.lithium.com

Loggly, a San Francisco-based provider of a cloud-based log management service, has raised $10.5 million in new VC funding. Backers include Trinity Ventures, True Ventures, Matrix Partners, Cisco Systems and Data Collective. www.loggly.com

QuantiaMD, a Waltham, Mass.-based provider of physician relationship management solutions, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Safeguard Scientifics led the round with a $7.5 million investment, and was joined by return backers like Fuse Capital. www.quantiamd.com
