ConforMIS Inc., a Burlington, Mass.-based developer of medical devices for osteoarthritis treatment and joint damage, has raised $78.7 million in new Series E funding, bringing the round total to $167.7 million in Series E funding. No specific investor information was disclosed, although past backers have included AGC Equity Partners and Axel Johnson Inc.

enGene Inc., a Vancouver-based developer of mucosal immunotherapy platform for treating inflammatory bowel disease and diabetes, has raised C$13.25 million in new VC funding led by Lumira

Clutch, a Philadelphia-based provider of mobile shopping simplification solutions, has raised $5.3 million in Series B funding. Safeguard Scientifics led the round, and was joined by return backer Ben Franklin Technology Partners.
