AEA Investors has acquired Aramsco Holdings Inc. from Summit Partners for an undisclosed amount, in a deal that also included subordinated debt and an equity co-investment from Babson Capital Management. Aramsco Holdings is a Paulsboro, N.J.-based distributor of safety products to customers engaged in asbestos and lead abatement, commercial and residential building restoration and surface preparation.

Avista Capital Partners has completed its $253 million take-private acquisition of Telular Corp., a Chicago-based provider of remote monitoring and asset tracking solutions for business and residential customers.

AXA Private Equity and Fosun International have increased their buyout offer for Club Med from €17 per share to €17.50 per share, and also agreed to increase their offer for each of the company’s convertible notes from €19.23 to €19.79. Club Med’s board announced that the revised offer fairly values the company.

Ceuta Healthcare Group, a UK-based health and beauty products outsourcing company, has raised an undisclosed amount of equity funding from Juggernaut Capital

Edita Food Industries, an Egyptian snack-maker, has raised $102 million in equity funding

Ferd Capital has acquired Servi, a provider of hydraulic solutions to the Norwegian offshore oil and gas industry, from The PMC Group, a portfolio company of private equity firm Segulah.

Leonard Green & Partners
 has agreed to acquire United States Infrastructure Corp., an Indianapolis-based provider of sub-surface utility infrastructure locating and marketing services, fromOMERS Private Equity. No financial terms were disclosed, although earlier reports suggested that the deal would be for between $700 million and $800 million.
LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, a portfolio company of OMERS, has agreed to acquire CML HealthCare Inc. (TSX:CLC), a Canadian provider of medical lab and diagnostic imaging services, for approximately C$1.22 billion (including debt). The C$10.75 per share offer represents a 49% premium to yesterday’s closing price.

Partners Group has acquired a majority stake in CSS Group, an global provider of outsourced technology support services, for $270 million. Sellers include SAIF Ventures, Goldman Sachs and Sierra Ventures.

Unimedic AB, a portfolio company of listed Swedish private equity firm MedCap AB, has acquiredCross Pharma AB from Medvir AB (Sweden: MVIR) for approximately $18.5 million. Cross Pharma is a Swedish parallel pharma import company.
