Ophthotech Corp., a Princeton, N.J.-based developer of therapies for wet and dry age-related macular degeneration, has raised $175 million in new private financing. The first $125 million comes from Novo AS, in exchange for royalties on the company’s lead compound for wet AMD. The other $50 million in a Series C round from Novo AS and existing backers like Clarus Ventures, HBM Partners and SV Life Sciences. www.ophthotech.com

Videology, a Baltimore-based provider of online video advertising solutions, has raised $60 million in Series D funding. Catalyst Investors led the round, and was joined by Pinnacle Ventures, r New Enterprise Associates, Valhalla Partners and Comcast Ventures. www.videologygroup.com

TuneIn, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based online readio service, has raised $25 million in new VC funding.Institutional Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Google Ventures, General Catalyst Partners and Sequoia Capital. www.tunein.com

Five9, a San Ramon, Calif.-based provider of cloud contact center software, has raised $22 million in Series D funding. SAP Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Adams Street Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Partech International. The company also secured a $12.5 million revolving credit facility from City National Bank. www.five9.com

Judicata, a San Francisco-based company focused on organizing unstructured legal data, has raised $5.8 million in Series A funding led by Khosla Ventures. Khosla partner Keith Rabois previously invested in the company’s seed round (while he was still an exec at Square). www.judicata.com

CoTap, a San Francisco-based developer of a colleague-to-colleague text messaging solution, has raised $5.5 million in Series A funding from Charles River Ventures and Emergence Capital Partnerswww.cotap.com

Appurify, a San Francisco-based provider of a mobile app testing platforms, has raised $4.5 million in Series A funding. Google Ventures led the round, and was joined by Foundation Capital, Felicis Ventures, Radar Partners, the Webb Investment Network, Data Collective and individual angels. Conversocial, a London-based provider of social customer service solutions, has raised £2.95 million in new VC funding led by Octopus Investmentswww.conversocial.com

Pure Storage, an all-flash enterprise storage array company based in Mountain View, has raised an undisclosed amount of new funding from In-Q-Tel. It previously raised $95 million from Index Ventures, Greylock Partners, Redpoint Ventures and Sutter Hill Ventures. www.purestorage.com
