Audax Group has acquired a control stake in Laborie Medical Technologies Inc., a Toronto-based provider of urodynamic testing equipment and consumables for urinary incontinence. Bank of Montreal provided leveraged financing.

Cartesian Capital Group and the Russian Direct Investment Fund have acquired a combined 5.2% stake in the Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS, a Russian exchange for stocks and futures, from ZAO UniCredit Bank (whose stake will fall to 6.2%). No financial terms were disclosed.

The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan has agreed to acquire UK-based Goals Soccer Centres PLC (AIM: GOAL). The deal is valued at £73.1 million, or 144 pence per share (6.7% premium to yesterday’s closing price).

Outdoor Media Operations, a portfolio company of Champ Private Equity, has agreed to acquire Australian out-of-home media company Eye Corp. from Ten Network Holdings (ASX: TEN) for upwards of A$145 million.

Snow Phipps Group has acquired LTI Boyd, a Modesto, Calif.–based maker of custom fabricated sealing and energy management components, from Sentinel Capital Partners. No financial terms were disclosed.
