Benvenue Medical Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif.-based developer of minimally-invasive solutions for spine repair, has raised $25 million in Series D funding. Return backers include investors DeNovo Ventures, Domain Associates, Technology Partners and Versant Ventures.

Plexxi, a Nashua, N.H.-based stealth networking startup, has raised $20.1 million in Series C funding. Return backers include Lightspeed Venture Partners, Matrix Partners and Northbridge Venture

LogRhythm, a Boulder, Colo.-based provider of cyber threat defense, detection and response solutions, has raised $15 million in Series D funding. Siemens Venture Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Adams Street Partners and Grotech Ventures.

Quantum OPS Inc., a Pittsburgh-based developer of orthopedic technologies for the operating room, has raised $1.05 million in Series A funding co-led by the Pittsburgh Life Science Greenhouse and PLSG Accelerator Fund.
