Delphix, a Menlo Park, Calif.-based provider of agile data solutions, has raised $25 million in Series C funding. Jafco Ventures led the round, and was joined by Summit Partners, Battery Ventures and return backers Greylock Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners. HotelTonight, a San Francisco-based mobile hotel booking app, has raised $23 million in Series C funding. U.S. Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Accel Partners, Battery Ventures and First Round Capital. The company previously raised $12.85 million. www.hoteltonight.com
GetTaxi Ltd., an Israel-based mobile application for users to order taxis, has raised $20 million in new VC funding. Return backers include Access Industries. www.gettaxi.com

Auxogyn Inc., a Menlo Park, Calif.-based women’s reproductive health startup, has raised $18 million in Series B funding. SR One led the round, and was joined by return backers Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, TPG Biotech and Merck Serono Ventures. The company’s initial product is designed to provide quantitative information regarding embryo development to assist IVF clinicians. www.auxogyn.com

Indiegogo, a San Francisco-based crowdfunding platform, has raised $15 million in Series A funding from Insight Venture Partners and Khosla Ventures. www.indiegogo.com

Lending Club, a San Francisco-based online platform for investing in and obtaining personal loans, has raised $15 million in new VC funding from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. It also secured $2.5 million from John Mack. The company has raised $100 million to date, including earlier commitments from firms like Foundation Capital, Morgenthaler Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, Canaan Partners, Thomvest Ventures and Union Square Ventures. www.lendingclub.com

Geostellar, a Bethesda, Md.-based provider of geomatic technology to determine the value of solar energy generation for property owners, has raised $14 million in new VC funding. Backers include NRG Energy Inc. (NYSE: NRG), GeoEye Inc. (NASDAQ: GEOY), the State of Maryland and Flash Forward Ventures. www.geostellar.com

MapMyFitness, an Austin, Texas-based online community of fitness enthusiasts, has raised $9 million in Series B funding. Austin Ventures and Milestone Venture Partners co-led the round, and were joined by Competitor Group Inc. and The Running Specialty Group LLC. www.mapmyfitness.com

NetProspex, a Waltham, Mass.-based provider of business contact data services, has raised $7 million in Series B funding from existing backer Edison Ventures. www.netprospex.com

Smarterer, a Boston-based online platform that scores users on digital, social, and technical skills, has raised $1.75 million in Series A funding. True Ventures led the round, and was joined by Google Ventures and individual angels like Scott Kurnit. www.smarterer.com

Fisoc, an Austin, Texas-based provider of social loyalty solutions for financial institutions, has raised an undisclosed amount of VC funding led by Greycroft Partners. Other company investors include KEC Holdings, Metamorphic Ventures, Daylight Partners and Angel Investors. www.buzzbanking.com
