LegalZoom co-founder forms stealthy new company.

FORTUNE — Brian Lee, the serial entrepreneur behind such companies as LegalZoom, The Honest Company and ShoeDazzle, has founded a new company called Gumhouse, Fortune has learned.

No idea what the Santa Monica, Calif.-based start-up does, with its website only asking visitors to sign up for a beta that will begin sometime in the future. Chances are it doesn’t actually involve confectionary construction, but that is only an educated guess.

What we do know, however, is that Lee has raised over $6 million for the effort from firms like Polaris Venture Partners (which also backed LegalZoom and ShoeDazzle).

Also involved is Science Inc., the digital studio formed last year by folks like Peter Pham and Mike Jones (both of whom will sit on the Gumhouse board of directors). Tom Dare, a partner with Science and the former VP of business intelligence for Myspace, is listed as a Gumhouse executive.

Jason Trevisan, who reps Polaris on the Gumhouse board, declined to comment.
