Spire Capital Partners has sold AssetNation Inc., a Houston, Texas–based online marketplace and solutions provider for surplus and salvage assets, to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (NYSE: RBA)

Coalfire Systems, a Louisville, Colo.-based provider of audit and compliance management services for small and mid-sized businesses, has acquired Digital Resources Group, a Redwood City, Calif.-based information security assessment and data protection company. No financial terms were disclosed. Coalfire shareholders include Baird Venture Partners.

Wabash National Corp. (NYSE: WNC) has completed its previously-announced $360 million cash acquisition of Walker Group Holdings LLC, a New Lisbon, Wis.–based manufacturer of liquid-transportation systems and engineered products. Sellers include Insight Equity, while Harris Williams & Co. managed the process.

EMC Corp. (NYSE: EMC) has acquired XtremIO, a San Jose, Calif.-based developer of solid-state storage solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. XtremIO had raised more than $24 million in VC funding, from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Battery Ventures, Giza Venture Capital and Jerusalem Venture Partners.
