Neato Robotics Inc., a Newark, Calif.-based provider of robotic solutions for household chores, has raised $12.2 million in Series D funding from firms like Vorwerk Ventures and Noventi Ventures.

Five9 Inc., a San Ramon, Calif.-based provider of cloud-based contact center software, has raised $12 million in new VC funding. Adams Street Partners led the round, and was joined by Hummer Winblad Venture Capital and Partech International. The company previously raised $37 million.

Struq, a London-based provider of personalized display and video advertising solutions, has raised $8.5 million in VC funding from Allen & Co., Pentech Ventures and Reed Elsevier Ventures.

Duetto Research, a San Francisco-based big data startup focused on the travel market, has raised $2.1 million in seed funding. Trinity Ventures led the round, and was joined by Battery Ventures, Benchmark Capital and individual angels like Marc Benioff, Steve Blank and Rich Barton.

Wander, a New York-based stealth startup that TechCrunch says will be “adjacent” to the curation and location spaces, has raised $1.2 million in seed funding from NextView Ventures, SoftTechVC, Google Ventures, Collaborative Fund and TechStars.
