Baymark Partners has acquired Memorial MRI & Diagnostic, a Houston, Texas-based provider of outpatient diagnostic imaging services. No financial terms were disclosed. Brooks, Houghton & Co. managed the process.

The Carlyle Group is in talks to acquire a Philadelphia oil refinery from Sunoco Inc., according to

H.I.G. Growth Partners has formed Community Intervention Services, a platform that will acquire, develop and operate a national network of specialized mental health and substance abuse facilities and community-based programs. Its first acquisition is South Bay Mental Health Center in Brockton, Mass. No financial terms were disclosed.

MTS Health Investors has sponsored a recapitalization of Florida Gulf-to-Bay Anesthesiology Associates LLC, a Tampa, Fla.-based provider of anesthesia and pain management services to hospitals and surgery centers in Florida and Indiana.

North Castle Partners has invested an undisclosed amount in Palladio Beauty Group, a Hollywood, Fla.-based marketer of color cosmetics and skincare products sold primarily through the beauty supply and professional beauty channels. The deal was done in partnership with Palladio owner and CEO Philip Solomon.

Sweet Frog Enterprises LLC, an operator of self-serve frozen yogurt stores, has raised an undisclosed amount of growth equity funding from Boxwood Capital
