OneID, a San Jose, Calif.-based provider of digital identity solutions, has raised $7 million in VC funding co-led by Khosla Ventures and North Bridge Venture Partnerswww.oneid.com

Crashlytics, a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of a crash-reporting solution for mobile apps developers, has raised $5 million in Series A funding from seed backers Flybridge Capital Partners and Baseline Ventures. www.crashlytics.com

Voci Technologies Inc., a Pittsburgh-based maker of a commercial accelerated speech recognizer, has raised $3.12 million in Series A funding. Pittsburgh Equity Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers BlueTree Allied Angels, Carnegie Mellon University and the Innovation Works.www.vocitec.com

TalkTo Inc., a Cambridge, Mass.-based messaging service provider, has raised $3 million in Series A funding from Matrix Partners.

Oasys Design Systems, a Santa Clara, Calif.-based provider of chip design software, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series B funding from Intel Capital and Xilinx. www.oasys-ds.com
